Pinewood derby

The Pinewood Derby is a wood car racing event. The Ohio Conference of Seventh-day Adventists runs the derby for the Pathfinder clubs in the state of Ohio. With the help of adults, pathfinders build their own unpowered, unmanned miniature cars from wood, usually from kits containing a block of pine wood, plastic wheels, and metal axles. They will learn all about derby cars and compete in the yearly pinewood derby for 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place.
