This weekend is a training event for those involved in Adventurer and Pathfinder ministries in the state of Ohio. This weekend is not about a program or show. The Ohio Conference “Leadership Weekend” is a program designed to inspire and train our leaders as they seek to improve their skills and ministry. There is nothing more important that equipping our leaders to effectively reach young people for Jesus in the local church.
There will be multiple tracks offered (Pathfinder, Adventurer, General Leadership, and Master Guide) so bring all of your leaders as we grow together. Our desire is to see the leadership in Ohio as prepared as possible for service, and then watch as GOD works through all of these amazing ministries.
This year we will be meeting in person.
